“I’am writing this note to express my appreciation for the fine job your company recently did remodeling our front porch. We had a seriously cracked, bowed, poorly constructed concrete porch which was of very little use. It also featured four wood columns which were never secured properly and were an eyesore at best. We now have a greatly expanded beautiful porch of stamped concrete and four new columns fully anchored and wrapped in Fypon PVC in a raised panel design. The transformation is remarkable. A serious liability has now become a definite asset.

My second reason for writing is to commend your staff for being very easy to work with. Everyone I had contact with was always very friendly and made sure that I was satisfied through every step of the project. Shane and Vince kept me apprised of the work schedule and were very attentive to my concerns. We are familiar with the stereotype of the contractor that doesn’t return phone calls. That was definitely not the case here. Vince called or visited daily to keep things progressing properly. Again I would like to commend your company for a job well done and wish all of you continued success in the future.
